The Board of Directors identified that our business needed three key things to help drive it forward; sharing of knowledge, more innovation and common values. As a result 'learning sets' were introduced - these groups are made up from our middle management team, working together to deliver one of each of the areas. The learning set tasked with delivering the values are currently working with staff at all levels to understand what underpins our culture; in essence what our values are and should be.
The agreed set of values will be delivered to the business in 2008.
