Employee Representative Team

More than a number... 

The role of the Employee Representative Team (ERT) is to promote effective dialogue between employees and management through the sharing of discussions on issues affecting the successful running of the business. ERT meetings take place on a quarterly basis. The minutes of each meeting are publicised throughout the organisation.

The ERT is made up of elected employee representatives from all areas of the business, the Managing Director, the Finance Director, the Human Resources Manager and the Central Services Manager.

Provident Insurance recognises the value and contribution of its employees and is keen to encourage their participation in the activities of the business.
