Entry requirements
Our aim at Provident Insurance is to be an employer of choice and we are interested in people whose academic abilities can be equalled by their personal qualities. Someone who is confident, thinks on their feet, works well under pressure and able to get on with their colleagues. You will need to be a quick learner and flexible in your attitude, creative, self-motivated and able to make things happen.

Hopefully by now you have a clear idea of what our graduate programme has to offer you. So you want to apply, what do you need to do?
Stage 1 - All applications can now be made online via GMAC careers.
Stage 2 - If we like what we see we will contact you about our Selection Day where you will get to find out more about Provident Insurance, take part in a group exercise, and complete an initial interview.
Stage 3 - If you are successful at this stage we will invite you to our Graduate Assessment Centre to participate in a series of exercises, including a presentation, group exercise and a further interview.
Stage 4 - If you are successful at stage 3 we will contact you to offer you a position on the Provident Insurance Graduate Programme.
