Claims Reporting
In the event of an accident or claim:
- Obtain the name, address and telephone number of:
*Any other driver(s) involved.
*Any other person involved.
*Any witnesses.
- Obtain the other driver(s)':
*Vehicle registration number.
*Name of his/her insurer.
*His/her motor insurance certificate or policy number.
- Contact our Claims Helpline:

*All Republic of Ireland - 0818 210036.
*Third Party Claimants - 01422 286196.
- When telephoning please have the following information to hand:
*Your motor insurance certificate or policy number.
*Vehicle registration number.
*Full postal address.
If you are involved in an accident and caused damage to a third party vehicle:
- Give the third party the contact card from the front of your policy booklet and ask them to call us on 01422 286196.
- We will assess liability for the accident and if appropriate arrange for their car to be repaired.
- You should also call our Claims Helpline on 08705 320999 to report the accident.
Windscreen damage
To report a new windscreen or windows claim please call our approved supplier on 0800 363636.
- When reporting a claim for damage to your windscreen or windows, please have the following information to hand:
*Your motor insurance certificate or policy number.
*Vehicle registration number.
*Full postal address.
- If your policy covers you for damage to your windscreen or windows, our approved repairer will bill us directly for payment less any windscreen excess which you will be required to pay.
- If your policy does not cover you for damage to your windscreen or windows, you will still receive preferential terms from our approved repairer.
