Are you changing your name to GMAC?

No, we will still be called Provident Insurance.

We have received a letter advising your registered address has changed following the buy out by GMAC - are all other addresses changing?

No - its just the registered address that has changed - all other addresses and email addresses are the same.

Do you agree to subordinate your rights, to that of our clients?

The Company's interest in premiums and refunds of premium held by you (the Agent) in accordance with clause 5.7 of our Terms of Business Agreement, is subordinated to that of your (the Agent's) other clients.

Do you accept risk transfer?

Provident Insurance does accept risk transfer.

How do I get ‘switched-on' for one of your products?
