This website is compatible with the most popular browsers and has been optimised to give our customers the best online experience that we can. This website has also been designed to be mobile friendly, which means that you'll enjoy the same online experience on both desktop and mobile platforms. 

Font

We've used Open Sans font on our website as this is easy to read on screen. We've also chosen colours to provide a good contrast with the background.

Text size

You can use some quick keyboard shortcuts to make the text on your screen larger or smaller. 

If you are using a PC hold down the ‘Ctrl’ button and press the ‘+’ button to zoom in and the ‘-‘ (minus) button to zoom out. On a MAC press the Apple key ‘⌘’ and ‘+’ sign to zoom in, and the ‘-‘ (minus) to zoom out.

Braille, large font and audio material

If you need to have our documents in Braille, large font or audio, we’re always happy to help. Just email us at help@providentinsurance.co.uk with your name, address, and which documents you'd like in an alternative format.
